Privacy Policy

At EventFold Studio (the parent company of NXTslide), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and protected when using NXTslide.

1. What Information We Collect

We believe in radical data minimization. We only collect the bare minimum required to license and secure your software:

• Account Information (Google Sign-In): When you sign in to sync your Pro license, Google provides your name, email address, and profile picture avatar.
• Payment Records: When you purchase Lifetime Pro (₹149), our payment gateway (Razorpay) notifies us of the transaction status, payment amount, order ID, and transaction ID so we can automatically activate your Lifetime Pro license. We never receive or store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Temporary Cloud Room Codes: 6-letter room codes are kept in memory only for the duration of your live presentation and are permanently wiped when your presentation ends.

2. What We NEVER Collect

• We do not log, read, or upload your presentation slides, PDF files, or slide titles.
• We do not record audio through your microphone.
• We do not track your physical location or GPS coordinates.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted industry-standard infrastructure providers to deliver our service:

• Google Identity Services: Provides secure single sign-on authentication.
• Razorpay: An RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment aggregator that handles all transaction processing securely.
• Cloud Hosting (Render): Hosts our secure WebSocket cloud relay infrastructure.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your user profile and Pro license are retained as long as you maintain your account. You have the right to request full account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon receipt, all associated user data is permanently erased from our database within 24 hours.

5. Security

All communication between your phone, PC, and our cloud relay is protected using industry-standard TLS / SSL encryption (HTTPS and WSS). Your session tokens are securely signed and hashed.
