Refund and Cancellation Policy

At EventFold Studio (the parent company of NXTslide), we strive to build high-performance, rock-solid presentation tools. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for purchases of the NXTslide Lifetime Pro License (₹149 INR).

1. 7-Day Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if:

• NXTslide fails to connect or work with your specific presentation software or mobile device.
• You purchased the Lifetime Pro license accidentally.
• The application does not meet your expectations for wireless presentation control.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

NXTslide Lifetime Pro is a one-time single purchase. We do not operate a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle. Therefore, there are no ongoing subscriptions that need to be cancelled to avoid future charges.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to:

Please include your Razorpay payment ID or the Google email address used during payment. No lengthy questions asked.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

• We initiate the refund immediately via Razorpay.
• The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
• Upon refund completion, your account will smoothly revert to the standard Free Community tier.
