Welcome to NXTslide, a proprietary software product developed, owned, and operated by its parent company, EventFold Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), founded by Dilpreet Singh. By downloading, accessing, or using the NXTslide desktop application, mobile companion app, or cloud relay services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. License & Usage

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and run NXTslide on your personal and commercial devices in accordance with the terms of your selected plan:

• Community Free Tier: Free forever for local Wi-Fi presentations and core slide control.
• Lifetime Pro Tier (₹149 One-Time): Unlocks global cloud relay presentation access, multi-presenter synchronization, and permanent commercial presentation rights with zero monthly or annual renewal fees.

2. One-Time Payment & Lifetime Access

NXTslide Lifetime Pro is sold on a single one-time payment basis (₹149 INR). There are no recurring subscriptions, automatic monthly billings, or hidden charges. Once purchased, your Lifetime Pro privileges are tied to your authorized account for the lifetime of the service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use our cloud relay servers for any unlawful, harassing, or malicious purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the security of the relay infrastructure or user data.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute NXTslide software binaries under another name without written permission from its parent company, EventFold Studio.

4. Service Availability & Disclaimers

NXTslide software and cloud relay servers are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% relay server uptime and minimal presentation latency, EventFold Studio shall not be liable for venue Wi-Fi drops, firewall restrictions beyond our control, or device-specific hardware limitations.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.
